Established by Andrew Perdomo on 12 January 2020, its territorial core is located within the State of Louisiana, with dependent possessions in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the Free State of Saxony in the Federal Republic of Germany, and the [[w:Isla de la Juventud|Isla de Pinos]] in Cuba. Pontunia is an Elective Constitutional Monarchy.
